反應(yīng)釜由釜體、釜蓋、夾套、攪拌器、傳動(dòng)裝置、軸封裝置、支承等組成。攪拌形式一般有錨式、槳式、渦輪式、推進(jìn)式或框式等,攪拌裝置在高徑比較大時(shí),可用多層攪拌槳葉,也可根據(jù)用戶的要求任意選配。并在釜壁外設(shè)置夾套,或在器內(nèi)設(shè)置換熱面,也可通過外循環(huán)進(jìn)行換熱。加熱方式有電加熱、熱水加熱、導(dǎo)熱油循環(huán)加熱、遠(yuǎn)紅外加熱反應(yīng)釜、外(內(nèi))盤管加熱等,冷卻方式為夾套冷卻和釜內(nèi)盤管冷卻,攪拌槳葉的形式等。支承座有支承式或耳式支座等。轉(zhuǎn)速超過160轉(zhuǎn)以上宜使用齒輪減速機(jī)。開孔數(shù)量、規(guī)格或其它要求可根據(jù)用戶要求設(shè)計(jì)、制作。

2.在一般中等壓力或抽真空情況會(huì)采用機(jī)械密封,一般壓力為負(fù)壓或40公斤。
3.在高壓或介質(zhì)揮發(fā)性高得情況下會(huì)采用磁力密封,一般反應(yīng)釜壓力超過14公斤以上。除了磁力密封均采用水降溫外,其他密封形式在超過120度以上會(huì)增加冷卻水套。
